The General's Smoke Check Hot Sauce

Smoke Check blends the bold bite of American-grown red cayenne peppers (the same ones used in Dead Red and Danger Close) with smoked chipotle. We think of it as Dead Red's smoky alter-ego, except this one's been through the fire--literally. With the addition of slow-smoked chipotle pepper, Smoke Check carries a rich smoky flavor that balances heat with a deep, earthy finish. It boasts the same 86% peppers as the rest of our hot sauces, and brings a smooth, medium heat that doesn't overstay its welcome. We think it's perfect for anything that touches a grill, but just as comfortable on eggs, tacos, or a pulled pork sandwich.
